Ad calculators that run the platform's own arithmetic
Four calculators, no sign up and no email. Everything is worked out in your browser, so the numbers you type never leave the tab. Each one imports the same functions the Aevin platform runs on real ad accounts, which is why the answer here and the answer in your account are the same answer.
- Ad Budget CalculatorStart from the revenue you want this month and work backwards to the sales, appointments, leads and ad spend behind it.
- Cost Per Lead and Funnel CalculatorEnter what a period cost and what it produced. Get the price of a lead, a qualified lead, an appointment and a sale, and the drop between each one.
- Meta Learning Phase Budget CalculatorSize the budget an ad set needs to reach the roughly 50 weekly events Meta documents, and see how many ad sets your budget actually carries.
- Ad Test Readiness CalculatorBefore you switch an ad off: is there enough data to tell a bad campaign from a slow week, or not yet?
Why these four, and why no break even ROAS calculator
A calculator is worth building when the arithmetic already exists inside the product. These four import it: the four step funnel from the CRM analytics, the derived metrics from the ads module, and the volume thresholds from the rule that decides when a campaign is spending without results. Nothing here was written a second time.
A break even ROAS calculator would have meant inventing a formula, because margin is not a number the platform holds. A table of industry average costs per lead would have meant publishing figures we do not have. Both are common, both are easy, and both would make every other number on these pages worth less.
Where a number cannot be worked out, these calculators leave it blank instead of printing zero. A CTR of 0% means impressions ran and nobody clicked. A blank CTR means no impressions ran at all. The first is a creative problem, the second is a delivery problem, and they are fixed in different places.
Run this on your real numbers
Connect an ad account and Aevin runs this same arithmetic on what actually happened, every day, across every campaign and creative. The same functions, with your data instead of your typing.
